This article may denominate the 24 mission-oriented teams forming three Core Group of Managers:
1 st - The Finance/Management Core Group of Managers:
Secretary General and main coordinator of management (SACDO Membership and Headquarters Secretary)
Private Finance Manager
Public Finance Manager
Fundraising Projects Manager
Communication and PR Manager
Home Safety and Security Manager
Professional Forums Manager.
Youth and Women Affairs Manager
2 nd -The Social Services Design & Executive Core Group of Managers (Objective: Provide quality socially needed income generating services)
Ball Room and Social Gatherings Manager
Combined Arabic Classes School Manager
Food and Catering Services Manager
Computer Classes Manager
Daycare & Special Social Services Manager
Vocational Training & Service Workshops Manager
Individual Medical, Legal, and Professional Manager
Group Benefits Projects Manager
3 rd -Remodeling and Maintenance Core Group of Managers
Ball Room Design/Renovation/Maintenance Manager
Classes Maintenance and Equipment Manager
Sanitary and Kitchen Facilities Manager (including plumbing)
Heat and AC Renovation/Maintenance
Roof, Windows, and Sidings Manager

Duties and Obligations of Authority Managers
A firm immediate commitment to contribute $200 minimum each as an initial seed money for the Sudanese American Home.
Furthermore, an Authority Manager will choose to contribute on one of these two options.
A 4% personal guarantee of total mortgage value putting in line credit worthiness and a remote possibility of financial liability
A 2% interest free, personal contribution cash advance of total mortgage commitment for the procurement of SAH. These cash money contributions shall benefit from guarantees of top priority refundability
To work as an active and diligent manager of one of the 24 managerial teams options as detailed above
